ORDERING INFORMATION We at TMC believe that ordering quality SCSI and Fibre Channel products should be easy and risk free. We offer a 30 day return policy on all products except custom cables or special order items, and all of our products carry a lifetime warranty. For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options: CREDIT CARDS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not charge a surcharge for credit card orders WIRE TRANSFER: We accept payment by wire transfer. Please contact the sales department for banking details, and note that there is a $20 charge imposed by the bank for this option. OPEN ACCOUNTS: Net 30 terms are available. Please contact a sales representative for a credit application. If your references require a signed authorization before releasing credit information, please sign the application, and fax it to us at 415-454-5130. MINIMUM ORDER: Our minimum order is $25. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: are welcome at TMC! We will ship anywhere in the world. We typically ship via Federal Express, but can also use your freight forwarder. Most orders are shipped the same day, so you will receive your order typically within 3-5 business days. SHIPPING: All orders ship from Temecula, CA. We ship by a variety of carriers. Our best rates are with UPS, but we can also ship by Federal Express, DHL, TNT Worldwide, or any other major carrier. DROP SHIPMENTS: We're happy to drop ship "blind" directly to your customer.
